Users

  • Australia: Special Operations Command and forces deployed to Afghanistan. Also used by Police Tactical Groups.
  • Bermuda: In January 2012, Bermuda adopted MultiCam on an interim basis until testing of the British MTP (Multi-Terrain Pattern) is completed
  • Chile: Multicam is the standard issue uniform of the Marine Corps and the Navy Special Warfare Division. Also used by the Chilean Air Force Commandos.
  • Denmark: Will be issued as standard uniform of the Danish military in 2013.
  • Georgia: Standard uniform of the Georgian Armed Forces and of some police special forces
  • Hong Kong: Hong Kong Police Special Duties Unit Diver (nickname "Water Ghosts"), Hong Kong Police Counter Terrorism Response Unit (CTRU)
  • Iraq: Emergency Response Battalion (ERB) which newly formed by Iraq's Ministry of Interior.
  • Jordan: Jordanian Army Special Operations Force Snipers.
  • Maldives: Maldives National Defence Force Special Forces.
  • Montenegro: Standard uniform of the Montenegro military.
  • Netherlands: Dutch Special Forces from the Army and the Marine Corps used MultiCam in Afghanistan
  • New Zealand: New Zealand Special Air Service Will begin to be issued from mid 2013 to the rest of the New Zealand Defence Force.
  • Norway: The Norwegian Army Special Forces Command Have been seen using MultiCam camouflage in Afghanistan.
  • Pakistan: Pakistan Army is Converting to MultiCam .
  • Panama: The standard uniform of Panama National Aero-Naval Services SENAN (Servicio Nacional Aeronaval, SENAN.
  • Poland: A pattern called "Suez" that was heavily inspired by MultiCam is issued to Poland elite units such as the Army GROM, 1st Special Commando Regiment Lubliniec (1 PSK) Government Protection Bureau (BOR), Poland Central Bureau of Investigation (CBS), and Poland Border Guard (SG - Special Unit "Feniks").
  • Russia: Russia's FSB and Alpha Group.
  • Slovenia: SLOCAM variant is on field testing for the Slovenian Armed Forces.
  • Taiwan: Army Special Force, Winter Training Center, Mt. Ho-Huan
  • Ukraine: Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and Alpha teams.
  • United Kingdom: Issued to all branches of the British Armed Forces.
  • United States: U.S. Army, U.S. Navy EOD, U.S. Joint Special Operations Command, and U.S. Air Force.
  • Sweden:Seen in use by the SOG
