Motorola Mobility - Resurgence

Resurgence

In 2002–3, Motorola's Mobile Devices department reinvented itself. Three areas of significant improvement were user friendliness, design and brand. Motorola started paying more attention to the user experience, and models such as the v300, v400 and v600 (called the triplets) were among the devices that were easy to use. Besides ease of use, Motorola also stressed design and brand image. The result of the focus in these aspects led to the Razr V3.

  • Motorola RAZR V3.

  • Motorola RIZR Z8 Smart Phone, based on UIQ OS and a slide kick platform.

  • Motorola Droid. Second Android phone manufactured by Motorola (the first was the Motorola Cliq).

  • Motorola Milestone XT720 and the box.

  • Motorola Defy runs under Android 2.3.6.

  • Motorola Razr Maxx

Famous quotes containing the word resurgence:

By now, legions of tireless essayists and op-ed columnists have dressed feminists down for making such a fuss about entering the professions and earning equal pay that everyone’s attention has been distracted from the important contributions of mothers working at home. This judgment presumes, of course, that prior to the resurgence of feminism in the ‘70s, housewives and mothers enjoyed wide recognition and honor. This was not exactly the case.
    Mary Kay Blakely (20th century)

If the devil were to offer me a resurgence of what is commonly called virility, I’d decline. “Just keep my liver and lungs in good working order,” I’d reply, “so I can go on drinking and smoking!”
    Luis Buñuel (1900–1983)
