Dr. Monica Quartermaine (née Bard; formerly Webber) is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital. She is a member of the Quartermaine family, a long-running family on the series.

Actress Patsy Rahn originally played the role from November 1976 until August 1977. Since August 1977, Leslie Charleson has played the role continually on the series, becoming most associated with the character and one of the longest-tenured actors in American soap operas.
