Miss Pakistan World is the only Pakistani beauty pageant for women of Pakistani origin held in Mississauga, Ontario, which is the host city. Its contestants are women with mostly Pakistani heritage from Pakistan, the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe. The winner represents Pakistan in Miss Earth pageant and other events.
