Michael John Standing (born 20 March 1981 in Shoreham, England) is a former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Since terminating his playing career, Standing has become an agent for former team-mate and long-term friend Gareth Barry. He has also played part-time for his hometown club, Shoreham.
