Michael Shields (footballer)

Michael Shields (born 8 June 1986) is an Irish sportsperson. Born in Cork, he plays Gaelic football with his local club St. Finbarr's and has been a member of the Cork senior inter-county team since 2006. He has also played Australian rules football for Carlton Football Club, though left and returned to Ireland and Gaelic football after becoming bored with that.
