Honours and Awards
In January 1991, Max Olding was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in recognition of his service to music and to music education.
The AMEB in Queensland have named their auditorium the Max Olding Auditorium.
Both Pamela Page and Max Olding were awarded the Centenary Medal in 2001.
