Mary Nolan (politician)

Mary Nolan is a Democrat and former member of the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 36 (formerly District 11) from 2001 to 2013. Nolan was in the first class of women admitted into Dartmouth College, from which she graduated magna cum laude in mathematics. On July 5, 2011, Nolan announced that she would be a candidate in the May 2012 election for Portland City Council, challenging incumbent commissioner Amanda Fritz.
