Extracurriculars
The district offers a variety of clubs, activities and sports. Eligibility for participation is determined by school board policy. Beginning in 2009, the District charges $75 per student or $150 for a family with multiple students in grades 6-12 for access to extracurricular activities.
By Pennsylvania law, all K-12 students residing in the district, including those who attend a private nonpublic school, public cyber charter school, public charter school and those that are homeschooled, are all eligible to participate in the extracurricular programs including all athletics. They must meet the same eligibility rules as the students enrolled in the district's schools.
