Mark Guglielmo

Mark Anthony Alexander Guglielmo was born on December 12, 1968 in Westchester County, New York. On June 21, 1994, a grand jury in Volusia County, Florida indicted him with the first-degree murder of his wife Kimberly Anne Guglielmo. He was accused of cutting her body in half, putting her corpse into the trunk of his car, driving to New York and then dumping the lower half of his wife's body into the Hudson River and top half in a forest twenty miles away. There was no trial. Following a plea agreement he was remanded to the Florida Department of Corrections on July 13, 1995 where he began serving a prison term of 40 years for second degree murder.
