Margate Entertainment

Margate Entertainment LLC is a worldwide communications company based in Henderson, Nevada. Operated by Tom Ficara and Charry Kennedy, it supplies sports and entertainment programming to new electronic media distributors from its 10,000 title program library. In addition to the TVS library of programs, Margate also owns the Mizlou, SNI, TCS, Katz, Metrosports, Video Techniques, C D Chesley, and ON TV libraries.

Margate owns the TV4U.Com 42 channel broadband television network, which features 60 years of TV programs on an 'on demand' basis. Margate also owns the TVS Television Network, the fourth oldest commercial TV network in the USA. TVS provides streaming IPTV channels in sports, entertainment, and movies. Another TV property of Margate Entertainment was the Prism IPTV subscription channels including Prism Boxing Network, and the Front Row IPTV Pay Per View Network, all of which shut down in 2012. Margate also owns Colliers Media Company, a major magazine and E Magazine publisher of such noted magazines as SPORT, Silver Screen, Argosy, Pet Parade, Studio X, Boxing Illustrated, Bowling Illustrated, and 1000 Jokes.

Margate also owns a products division and manufactures consumer products such as Charles Antell Shampoo, Fitch Shampoo, Airway Coffee, Spill and Spell, Skunk, Mr. Dee Lish, Red Man Trading Cards, and Pearl Drops Toothpaste.

Margate also owns an event division and produces Miss College America, the Blue Gray Game, the Bluebonnet Bowl, Holiday on Ice, NASL Soccer and Futsal, NABL Basketball, Roller Games, and Ladies Pro Bowlers Tour.
