Route Background
The Kilometre Zero of the Federal Route 3 is located at the city of Johor Bahru, at its interchange with the Federal Route, the main trunk road of the central of Peninsular Malaysia. It overlaps with the Federal Route at Kuantan. Generally, the Federal Route 3 runs along the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia and becomes a part of the Asian Highway Network route AH18 AH18.
