Macina Cercle is an administrative subdivision of the Ségou Region of Mali. The administrative center (chef-lieu) is the town of Macina.
The cercle is divided into 11 communes:

- Kolongo
- Macina
- Matomo
- Monimpébougou
- Saloba
- Sana
- Souleye
- Tongué
