In 1993, Lashbrook joined Sports Management Group. With SMG, he represented over 10 NFL football clients. He left SMG in 1998 to start sports-management.com which then became Sports Management Worldwide. He has represented over 40 NFL clients and currently represents Matt Moore, Akeem Jordan, Dion Gales.
