International Career
Foster was named on standby for the England C team in November 2007 for a game against Finland C, but did not receive a call-up. He was called up again to represent England C in a game against Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo in September 2009. Foster played the whole match as England C lost 6–2 to Bosnia, assisting Luke Moore's goal.
