The Lower Galilee Regional Council (Hebrew: מועצה אזורית הגליל התחתון, Mo'atza Azorit HaGalil HaTahton) is a regional council in northern Israel that encompasses most of the settlements in the Lower Galilee. Over 9000 people live in the three kibbutzim, ten moshavim and two communal settlements located in its municipal territory.
The council building is situated in the Kadoorie regional center, in the proximity to the Kadoorie agricultural school.
The head of the council nowadays (2007) is Moti Dotan.
