Lourdes Garcia-Navarro

Lourdes Garcia-Navarro, also known as 'Lulu', is an award-winning foreign correspondent with National Public Radio. She has served as NPR's Jerusalem bureau chief since April 2009. Her coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and her vivid dispatches of the Arab Spring uprisings have brought Garcia-Navarro wide acclaim and five awards in 2012, including the prestigious Edward R. Murrow and Peabody awards for her coverage of the Libyan revolt.
