This table lists the total number of titles won by clubs from each country. Italian clubs are the most successful in UEFA competitions, having won 48 titles and they have also won the most UEFA Cups (9) and Intercontinental Cups (7). Clubs of Spain have won the UEFA Champions League a record of 13 times and they are second overall with 46 titles, including ten UEFA Super Cups, a record. English clubs, third in the list, have won 38 titles held by UEFA including a record of eight titles in the Cup Winners' Cup. French clubs have won most titles in the UEFA Intertoto Cup (12).
