Mai Tokiha (鴇羽舞衣, Tokiha Mai?): A Meister Otome who went missing, creating the legend of the "Tragic Otome". Her GEM is the Fire Stirring Ruby (炎綬の紅玉, Enju no Kougyoku?). Voiced by: Mai Nakahara (Japanese), Carol-Anne Day (English) Mai Tokiha name is same as the main character of Mai Hime and possesses the same abilities.
Lena Sayers (レナ・セイヤーズ, Rena Seiyāzu?): The former Meister Otome of the king of Windbloom. She vanished fourteen years ago during the attack on Windbloom Castle. Voiced by: Tomo Sakurai
Miyu (ミユ?): A mysterious traveller who watches over Arika. Voiced by: Kiyomi Asai
Alyssa (アリッサ, Arissa?): Miyu's bird companion.
Mikoto the Cat Goddess: A resident of the Black Valley. Voiced by: Ai Shimizu (Japanese), Caitlynne Medrek (English) The name Mikoto is same as Mikoto Minagi in Mai Hime who is also depicted as cat-like.
Yamada (ヤマダ?): An information broker who works for Sergay and Nao. Voiced by: Hisanori Koyatsu
