List of Jean Michel Jarre Concerts - Oxygene 30th Anniversary Tour

Oxygene 30th Anniversary Tour

On September 19, 2007, Jarre performed his Oxygène album at the Alfacam studios, Lint, Belgium, which was filmed with special 3D cameras. This recording was included on his CD+DVD Oxygene: New Master Recording, celebrating the album's 30th anniversary. The audience consisted of a very small number of invities only.

Jarre then performed 10 Oxygene concerts in Paris, from December 12 to December 26, 2007. The concerts took place at the Théâtre Marigny, a small, 1000 seats theatre located in the Champs-Élysées. Famous quotes containing the words anniversary and/or tour:

The second day of July 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more
    John Adams (1735–1826)

Left Washington, September 6, on a tour through Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and Virginia.... Absent nineteen days. Received every where heartily. The country is again one and united! I am very happy to be able to feel that the course taken has turned out so well.
    Rutherford Birchard Hayes (1822–1893)
