The first segment is Muhan News, followed by the members harvesting sweet potatoes from a field. They then go through an obstacle course, with the winners eating the sweet potatoes they picked (but everyone gets to eat at the end). They finish up by teaming up in pairs and carting their partner around an obstacle course.
