Abbreviations for charts and information:

  • US 200: The Billboard 200 albums chart, which was first called the Top LP's Chart.
  • UK : The UK Albums Chart compiled and published by the Official Charts Company.
  • GE : The German Albums Chart compiled by Media Control Charts.
  • US Cash: The main Cashbox albums chart, which ceased publication in 1996.
  • AU : The Australian Albums Chart. The earliest chart date for the country comes from the Kent Music Report while later data comes from the Australian Recording Industry Association. When both the Kent Music Report and the ARIA are used, AU Kent stands for the former and AU ARIA stands for the latter.
  • US TC: The Top Country Albums chart by Billboard which started in 1964.
  • BEL: The Belgian Albums chart, Ultratop 100.
  • NL: The Netherlands Top 100 Albums released by MegaCharts, a GfK company.
