- May 12, 2010, G 3/08 (Programs for computers), opinion issued by the Enlarged Board of Appeal following the referral by the President of the EPO on October 22, 2008. The referral relating the patentability of programs for computers was dismissed as inadmissible by the Enlarged Board of Appeal.
