The Legislative Assembly of the Federal District (Spanish: Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal) is the legislative branch of government of the Mexican Federal District. Between 1988 and 1993, it was known as the Assembly of Representatives of the Federal District (Spanish: Asamblea de Representantes del Distrito Federal), during which period it had reduced powers with respect to the current body.
