Lateral Link Group LLC is a legal recruiting attorney placement firm and networking forum of "elite" attorneys that was founded in December 2005 by several Harvard Law School alumni. The company provides free career services to "Members" in the form of an online job database as well as traditional off-line recruiting and networking services. Lateral Link offers job-seeking. Lateral Link generally limits membership and access to graduates of top-tier law schools with a minimum of two years of work experience and outstanding career accomplishments. Lateral Link works with both law firms and in-house legal employers in the United States, Asia, Western Europe, and Middle East. Its services are free to Members; companies or firms pay a fee to Lateral Link when they hire a Member using Lateral Link's traditional executive search services.
