Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University College (KLIUC), formerly known as IKRAM College, was established in 1998 following the privatization of the Research and Training Institute of Public Works Department, Malaysia (IKRAM). On the 23rd of February 2012, IKRAM Education SDN BHD was invited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia to apply for the establishment of a private university to be known as The Infrastructure University of Kuala Lumpur. The request is pending.
It is located on the border of Kajang and Serdang. KLIUC is guided by their motto, "For Knowledge, For Humanity". The president of KLIUC is Prof. Dr. Zulkifli Bin Abd. Hamid.
