KGNS-DT2 is the CW-affiliated television station for Laredo, Texas and the Mexican city of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. Known on-air as Laredo CW 19 (in reference to its channel location on Time Warner Cable), the station is part of The CW Plus, a special national CW feed broadcasting on cable television and/or over-the-air terrestrial television on a digital signal. Owned by SagamoreHill Broadcasting, it operates as a second digital subchannel of NBC affiliate KGNS-TV.
Over the air, it broadcasts a standard definition digital signal on VHF channel 8.2 from a transmitter located near the Pinto Valle Industrial Park (to the immediate north of the United States-Mexico border), northwest of Laredo. It operates out of studios located on West Del Mar Boulevard and Springfield Avenue (near I-35) in northern Laredo.
