Konni Zilliacus

Konni Zilliacus (13 September 1894 – 6 July 1967) was a left-wing Labour Party politician in the United Kingdom. Speaking nine languages fluently, he was the life-long Socialist and avowed non-Communist. He played an indispensable role in shaping British foreign policy and forging friendship between Britain and Eastern Bloc nations during the Cold-War period.
