The Territorial Units in Kodam Jaya are two Resort Military Command(Korem) units and a self-supporting District Military Command(Kodim)unit.
- Korem 051/Wijayakarta, consisting of four District Military Command units:
- Kodim 0504/South Jakarta
- Kodim 0505/East Jakarta
- Kodim 0507/Bekasi
- Kodim 0508/Depok
- Korem 052/Wijayakrama, consisting of three District Military Command units:
- Kodim 0502/North Jakarta
- Kodim 0503/West Jakarta
- Kodim 0506/Tangerang
- Kodim 0501/Central Jakarta(self-supporting)
