Kind Hearts for Charitable Human Development, or shortly KindHearts, was a non-governmental organization operating out of Toledo, Ohio.

In January 2012, Kind Hearts has closed down, according to an article in the Washington Post. On May 1, 2012, lawyers for KindHearts announced a settlement agreement with the Treasury Department ending the litigation.
