The station is carried on cable systems throughout much of the western and southern portions of the state including within the Lawton and Ada-Sherman markets (on Fidelity Communications and Cable One, respectively), which both have NBC affiliates serving their respective regions (KFDX-TV and KTEN). It is also available in areas as far away as Guymon, Oklahoma, which is located within the Amarillo market and Idabel, Oklahoma, which is located within the Shreveport-Texarkana market.
