Karen Middleton (Colorado Legislator)
Karen Middleton (born February 24, 1966) is a legislator in the U.S. state of Colorado. After a career as a development officer and project manager in the field of education, Middleton was appointed to the Colorado State Board of Education in 2004 and won election to a two-year term in 2006. A candidate for election to House District 42, which includes central Aurora, Colorado, Middleton was appointed in February 2008 to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Rep. Michael Garcia.
