Junior D. Edwards

Junior Dean Edwards (October 7, 1926–January 2, 1951) was a soldier in the United States Army during the Korean War. He posthumously received the Medal of Honor for his actions on January 2, 1951.

Edwards was drafted into the Army from his birthplace of Indianola, Iowa in January 1945, but World War II ended before he completed training. He is buried in IOOF Cemetery Indianola, Iowa.
