Jordanstown Railway Station - Service

Service

On Mondays to Fridays, there is a half-hourly service to Belfast Central with extra trains at peak times, some continuing to Great Victoria Street. In the other direction, there is a half-hourly service with the terminus alternating between Carrickfergus and Larne Harbour every half an hour, with extra services to Whitehead at peak times.

On Saturdays, the service remains half-hourly, with less trains at peak times, and all Belfast-bound trains terminating at Great Victoria Street rather than Belfast Central.

On Sundays, there is a service every hour and a half in either direction to Larne Harbour or Great Victoria Street.

Famous quotes containing the word service:

The ability to think straight, some knowledge of the past, some vision of the future, some skill to do useful service, some urge to fit that service into the well-being of the community,—these are the most vital things education must try to produce.
    Virginia Crocheron Gildersleeve (1877–1965)

    The Service without Hope
    Is tenderest, I think—
    ...
There is no Diligence like that
    That knows not an Until—
    Emily Dickinson (1831–1886)

Books can only reveal us to ourselves, and as often as they do us this service we lay them aside.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)
