2009 Layoff and Return To KHTK
As part of a 1% reduction in force (12 employees) in May 2009, Maloof Sports and Entertainment released Kozimor from his 11-year role as broadcaster for the organization. Initial reports did not identify Kozimor as one of the 12 cut from the organization.
In July 2009, it was announced that he will host another show from 12-3pm on KHTK.
Netting a 0.8 share with his timeslot in 22nd place, he was removed from that time slot for the return of Don Geronimo to the 12-4 time slot.
