If you can survive a ballet workout, you can survive a workout in any other sport." He began martial arts at the age of ten, enrolled by his father in a Shotokan karate school. His styles consist of Kickboxing, Shotokan Karate, Muay Thai and Taekwondo. He eventually earned his black belt in karate. He started lifting weights to improve his physique, which eventually led to a Mr. Belgium bodybuilding title.

Famous quotes containing the words early and/or life:

With boys you always know where you stand. Right in the path of a hurricane. It’s all there. The fruit flies hovering over their waste can, the hamster trying to escape to cleaner air, the bedrooms decorated in Early Bus Station Restroom.
    Erma Bombeck (20th century)

When he who adores thee has left but the name
Of his fault and his sorrows behind,
O! say wilt thou weep, when they darken the fame
Of a life that for thee was resign’d!
    Thomas Moore (1779–1852)
