Jacob Lillyman - Cowboys

Cowboys

Lillyman made his debut for the Cowboys in Round 22, 2003 against the Newcastle Knights. He then went on to play sixty two games for the club, showing good enough form to earn State of Origin selection.

In 2008 Lillyman was forced to leave the North Queensland Cowboys due to salary-cap pressures. His career playing for the Cowboys ended prematurely when he suffered a season ending injury in Round 15, playing against the Melbourne Storm.

Famous quotes containing the word cowboys:

What do you think spies are: priests, saints and martyrs? They’re a squalid procession of vain fools, traitors too, yes; pansies, sadists and drunkards, people who play cowboys and Indians to brighten their rotten lives.
    John le Carré (b. 1931)
