The album contained the Dr. Dre diss track "Real Muthaphuckkin G's". Eazy-E released music videos for "Any Last Werdz" and "Real Muthaphuckkin G's". It went multi-platinum and became one of Eazy-E's most popular recordings. Eazy-E was originally intending to release a follow up to Eazy-Duz-It named Temporary Insanity. However, after the several insults Dr. Dre made in The Chronic, Eazy-E decided to release this album. Dr. Dre is mentioned on every track except "Gimmie That Nutt" and "Boyz N Tha Hood (G-Mix)".The album went success and was in the charts for 500 weeks.
