India At The 1920 Summer Olympics
India competed at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp, Belgium. It was the first time that the nation had sent a team to the Olympic Games since a single athlete (Norman Pritchard) competed for India twenty years earlier (see India at the 1900 Summer Olympics). The team comprised Shindes, Bannerjee, Navale, Chaugule, Fyzle, Datar, Kaikadi, and Bhoot. India would not miss a further edition of the Summer Games.
