History
The newly formed company was originally formed with the merger of talent and literacy agency Duncan Heath Associates and ICM Inc. Duncan Heath Associates was bought out by ICM in 2002 after 33 years of business, becoming ICM (London). In 2003, the modeling subsidiary was launched representing both men and women. In September 2007, ICM (London) became Independent Talent after a management buy out.
Independent Talent has Talent and Literary divisions, as well as Presenters, Commercials, Branding and AdVoice, the voiceover division.
