Incident Book

An incident book is a book used for recording injuries, crimes, and other incidents; they are included in British police boxes, hospitals, and other locations in which an incident is to be reported or treated.

Famous quotes containing the words incident and/or book:

“It is of the highest importance in the art of detection to be able to recognise out of a number of facts which are incidental and which are vital.... I would call your attention to the curious incident of the dog in the night-time.”
“The dog did nothing in the night-time.”
    “That was the curious incident.”
    Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859–1930)

A book is quite a beautiful thing, even more so learning. Together, however, all they amount to is called book-learning.
    Franz Grillparzer (1791–1872)
