The Board presently consists of the following persons:
- President: Mr. Anil Harish, renowned High Court Advocate specializing in Income Tax, Real Estate and Cooperative Housing matters.
- Immediate Vice-President: Mr. Niranjan Lakhumal Hiranandani, founder & CEO of the Hiranandani Group of Companies, principally Hiranandani Constructions. He is the son of the renowned Dr. Lakhumal Hiranand Hiranandani.
- Vice-President: Mr. Kishu Mansukhani, a trustee of the J. Kundnani Trust and patron of the Board.
- Secretary of the Collegiate Board: Ms. Manju Nachani.
- Rector: Prof. J. K. Bhambhani
