Hungarian Civic Party (Romania)
The Hungarian Civic Party is a political party of the Hungarian minority in Romania. It was founded in 2001 as the Hungarian Civic Union and was formally registered as a party on March 14, 2008. It positions itself as an alternative to the Democratic Union of Hungarians in Romania, the largest party representing Romania's Hungarian minority.
