- Hedwig Village
- Hilshire Village
- Hunters Creek Village
- Katy
- Missouri City
- Piney Point Village
- Spring Valley Village
- Stafford
HCCS includes portions of the following cities
- Houston (most of Houston is in HCCS)
- Jacinto City (half of Jacinto City is in HCCS)
- Pearland (portions in Houston ISD)
The district also covers unincorporated areas of Harris (including some of Bridgeland), Fort Bend, and Waller Counties.
