Consortial Memberships
Since 1991, the Library serves as the Regional Medical Library (RML) for the National Network of Libraries of Medicine South Central Region (NN/LM SCR); one of eight RMLs in the US. The NN/LM SCR serves the five state region of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
The Library is also a member of the Texas Health Science Libraries Consortium (THSLC), a group of five health science libraries in the Houston/Galveston area. The other THSLC members include the UT School of Public Health Library, UT Dental Branch Library, UT Medical Branch Library, and the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center Research Medical Library. The five consortium libraries book, journal, AV, and online resources have been combined into a single online catalog, Voyager (library program), from Ex Libris.
