Hotaru Akane (紅音 ほたる, Akane Hotaru?) aka Anna Akizuki (秋月 杏奈, Akizuki Anna?) is an award-winning Japanese model and AV idol. She is active in many media formats in Japan including a role in a mainstream theatrical film, and is a popular blogger.
