Hopedale Wellness Center, which opened July 4, 2002, is a facility containing an indoor gym; walking track; three therapy pools, including a 75-foot (23 m) lap pool; large cardiovascular area with exercise equipment; locker rooms; and conference room. The Wellness Center is the home of the physical therapy department. It offers a number of services, including water aerobics, aquatic therapy, yoga, Pilates, child and adult karate, and day care.
