Dissolvement
In the Singapore general election, 2011, Hong Kah GRC is dissolved. Hong Kah North of the constituency is crafted out as a new Single-Member-Constituency while Bukit Gombak, Keat Hong, Nanyang and Yew Tee wards merged with then-Chua Chu Kang SMC to form the new Chua Chu Kang Group Representation Constituency.
