Construction & Maintenance wing of Highways Department looks after Construction, Maintenance of all the State Highways (SH), Major District Roads (MDR), Other District Roads (ODR). Tamilnadu State Highways Network has 7 circles namely Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Trichy, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
