In the first episode, as Chef Ramsay is looking at the contestant's pictures on the wall, thirteen pictures are actually shown instead of twelve, and the sixth picture from the left (between the portraits of Joanna and Bonnie) is of a contestant who never appeared on the show. In the third episode, as Chef Ramsay's hanging up Joanna's jacket, that picture's nameplate can be seen on the right, with the initials "J.R." inscribed on it, his blue jacket hung up and photo already burned.
